A Canal Fulton man was due in court Wednesday for driving his vehicle into a house on Burlwood Avenue last week, police said.
The 23-year old told police he was drinking alcohol earlier that night and was taken home by a friend who was sober. Once he was home he walked back to the friend’s house to take his vehicle home, but he didn’t.
According to police, a BAC test revealed the man's alcohol level to be a .202 percent.
Police said no one was hurt. The bedroom that was entered in the home was not occupied and the driver appeared unhurt.
