A Massillon mother is facing charges after she allegedly drove her car while her 15-year-old daughter was on the hood.
According to police, Natasha Lowery, 33, was driving northbound on 2nd Street SW at about 20 mph with her daughter on the hood when the girl fell off.
Police said the teen suffered severe injuries from the fall. She was transported to Aultman Hospital for treatment.
Lowery was arrested for endangering children and was also cited for reckless driving.
