Parents of a 3-year-old girl overdosed in a vehicle on Saturday with their daughter in the back seat, according to Canton police.
Police said Willard residents Mark E. Merritt, 29, and Veronica Rohrbach, 28, both used heroin. One of them overdosed while the other drove the vehicle.
According to the Canton police report, Merritt and Rohrbach were both charged with endangering children. Rohrbach was also charged with possession of drugs.
