An Akron man died after being run over by his girlfriend during an argument early Friday morning.
Police say Angelique Santa, a 34-year-old woman from Akron, drove over her boyfriend while backing out of a driveway on Oakland Avenue in Akron's North Hill neighborhood.
Thomas Holcomb, a 41-year-old from Cuyahoga Falls, was found by police lying in the driveway of the house with life threatening injuries around 1 a.m. Friday morning. He was taken to Akron City Hospital, where he died from his injuries around 9:45 a.m.
Santa has been charged with felonious assault and booked into Summit County Jail. Police expect to file additional charges.
