A couple feeding ducks outside a Bath restaurant Saturday night were attacked by teens.
Bath Police say the teens threw rocks at the couple. One of the rocks struck a woman. The man was assaulted by one of the teens after he asked them to stop throwing the rocks, according to the police. Officers also say the same attacker pelted the victims' car with rocks.
Officers arrested one of the teens after a foot chase. The teen was charged with delinquency by assault. He was issued a summons to appear in juvenile court and was released to his godmother.
