A man was arrested during an undercover operation at Nimisila State Park for Sexual Imposition.
The Summit County Sheriff's Office was conducting an undercover operation at Nimisila State Park. The operation was targeting individuals engaging in sex-related illegal activities.
During the operation, a 48-year-old man was arrested and charged with sexual imposition and booked into the Summit County Jail. Sheriffs say additional individuals may face future charges.
The Sheriff's office said they will continue to patrol the state park with both marked cruisers and undercover deputies.
