An Ontario woman captured video of a police officer taking time out his day to play basketball with some neighborhood kids.
Jeannie Johnson posted video of Lt. Brian Williams with Ontario Police shooting hoops with a group of kids on her street on Sunday.
“…we hear so much negative in our community, I decided to film this officer playing with the neighborhood kids on my basketball hoop,” Johnson told News 5. She said she was worried that her hoop was not in compliance with city code, but said, “I think I'm ok now.”
The Facebook page for the Ontario Police Department shared Johnson’s video, while giving Lt. Williams a light ribbing with the comment: “…you need to work on that defense…”
Since being posted Sunday, Johnson’s video has received dozens of likes, comments and shares.
