CLEVELAND — Update: Cleveland police have located a missing 29-year-old woman who was last seen on Sunday. Police said the woman was taken to the hospital by EMS for evaluation.

The woman was last seen on Sunday afternoon in the 3200 block of East 140th Street. She was last seen wearing a cotton gray shirt and black Adidas pants.
Her mother said her daughter’s girlfriend came over her house to say the 29-year-old woman may have been kidnapped and is possibly in severe danger, the police report states.
Her friend received a photo of the woman who appeared to be unconscious with a rope tied around her body, the report states.
