CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating after a 41-year-old man was reported missing on Sunday night.
Gregory DeVaughn, 41, of Parma Heights, was reported missing after his vehicle was found on the side of the highway, according to the report.
The woman who reported him missing told police that there was "ransom and kidnapping, though she was not certain,” according to the report.
The brother of the missing man said that an unknown man had called asking for $20,000 as a possible ransom.
