CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a missing man who has schizophrenia.
Charles Collum was last seen on Feb. 5 in the 4400 block of Euclid Avenue.
Authorities said he could possibly in route to somewhere in Pennsylvania where he has family.
Collum was last seen wearing khaki pants, a gray hoodie and a green jacket.
