Officials discuss expiration of regulation on fentanyl analogues

CLEVELAND — The clock is ticking, and the feds are worried. Time is running out for the emergency regulation that designates illicit fentanyl and fentanyl analogues illegal. U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, Justin Herdman, is holding a roundtable discussion about the urgency for law makers to make this permanent.
