Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized $25,000 worth of marijuana they found in a vehicle on the Ohio Turnpike.

Troopers stopped the car on Dec. 7 at 10:24 a.m. for a speed violation.

As troopers were speaking with the driver — 35-year-old Nicholas P. Przbyla of Detroit — they smelled the odor of marijuana.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, five vacuum-sealed bags containing marijuana was found in the car.

Przbyla was taken to the Summit County Jail for possession and trafficking in marijuana, both third-degree felonies.
