Fugitive of the Week, Rocco Pandoli, was arrested in Stubenville, Wednesday; he was wanted for allegedly aiding and abetting in a homicide, according to Northern Ohio U.S. Marshals.
U.S. Marshall's arrested Dallas Acoff in Cleveland on Dec. 16, 2015; Pandoli allegedly was an accomplice to Acoff.
Authorities said Acoff got into an argument outside the American Legion Bar in Wheeling, W.V. on Oct. 9 and then pulled out a gun and fired several shots. The victim died from injuries.
Pandoli was run as Fugitive of the Week on November 20, 2015 for an active warrant out of West Virginia, according to authorities.
