A toddler from North Toledo is out of the hospital and recovering at home after testing positive for opioids, according to WTVG in Toledo.

The ABC affiliate reports the 19-month-old would not wake up from a nap after returning from the park with his 11-year-old sibling. The 11-year-old said the toddler put a bag of an unknown substance in his mouth while at the park, according to WTVG.

The mother told the news outlet she took the toddler to St. V's and doctors used three doses of naloxone to stabilize the baby.

Police are investigating and no charges have been filed.
