Residents with Cleveland's W. 73 Community Coalition have turned to a series of video surveillance systems in an effort to slow down growing drug trafficking in their neighborhood.

The group's most recent surveillance video shows a man dumping the limp body of an overdose victim in Bonnie Walker's Camden Avenue driveway.

The video shows the victim was motionless on the frozen pavement for nearly a half-hour, when finally someone called paramedics to the scene.

Fortunately, firefighters were able to revive the man and get him to the hospital.

Walker told newsnet5.com the incident is just one in a long list of drug-related incidents that have plagued her neighborhood over the past year.

Members of the W. 73 Community Coalition are hoping their surveillance videos will help police track down drug dealers and make their neighborhoods a safer place.

"I'm at work, this guy could have died in my driveway," said Walker.  "I would have never known it until I got home and seen a body."

"I don't know if they think it's a joke or if it's for real. But it's for real, we are taping what's going on in our neighborhood and we want to put a stop to the drugs and the crime, and the absentee landlords and everything else that's going on in our area."
