The footage was released by the San Bernardino Fire Department in California and shared by the Cleveland Heights Fire Department. It was taken during a house fire and shows what a firefighter can and can't see when they are battling a blaze.
Cleveland Heights Fire said it is a good representation of the conditions inside a fire.
