The Cleveland Indians' 9-3 win against the Detroit Tigers Sunday brought the team's winning streak to nine, making it the longest winning streak in MLB this year.
The last time the Indians lost was to the Kansas City Royals on June 15. Since then, they have swept their series' against the White Sox, the Rays and the Tigers.
You know what else that means? The team hasn't lost since the Cavaliers brought a championship to our city.
Currently the Indians are 1st in the American League Central.
Maybe we'll be seeing yet another championship in Cleveland this year?
