CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Cavaliers announced Friday that the team had signed guard Quinn Cook to a 10-day contract, bringing him back to the place he got his start.

Cook was a member of Cleveland’s 2015 training camp roster and spent almost two seasons playing with the Canton Charge, the Cavs’ NBA G League team.

In his time with the Charge, Cook was a two-time All-Star and the G League’s Rookie of the Year in 2016.

Cook spent time on the Dallas Mavericks, New Orleans Pelicans, Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 6.4 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 14.1 over the course of his career.

Cook has appeared in 40 postseason games in his career, including six games in last year’s title run with the Lakers.

While with the Cavaliers, Cook will wear No. 4.
