The Cleveland Cavaliers and Kyrie Irving teamed up to give an unforgettable night to an incredible Cleveland teen.

We told you about 19-year-old Chris Nelson, born without arms, who sketched an amazing portrait of Irving with his toes.

The Cavs saw the story and called reporter Homa Bash. They wanted to surprise Chris and his three sisters with tickets to Game 4 of the NBA Finals, treating them to a special suite.

We even caught a few glimpses of Chris sitting courtside during the game on TV.

Afterwards, Kyrie met with Chris and actually signed the sketch. He also gave Chris a personalized pair of game-worn Kyrie sneakers. The signature reads, "To Chris - you are an inspiration!"

An inspiration to Kyrie and to all of us.
