Draymond Green will not play in Game 5 of the NBA Finals after he was assessed a flagrant foul 1 by the league after a scuffle with LeBron James in Game 4.
The ruling Sunday marked Green's fourth flagrant foul of the Finals, earning him an automatic suspension.
James received a technical foul for the altercation.
It all happened with just a few minutes left in the fourth quarter.
James was defending a pick while guarding Warriors Steph Curry. As the play continued, James stepped over Green, who had fallen to the ground during the pick, and it looks as if Green swings and makes contact with James' groin area.
The two players immediately exchange some heated words before being separated.
In the post game press conference, James said he was more upset about what Green said.
"Draymond said something that I don't agree with. I'm all cool with the competition. I'm all fine with that, but some of the words that came out of his mouth was a little overboard. Being a guy with pride, a guy with three kids and a family and things of that nature, some things just get overboard and that's where he took it.. That was it," James said.
