Lebron James, Richard Jefferson and Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers have been served with notices of deposition in former NBA players union executive director, Billy Hunter's wrongful termination lawsuit against the National Basketball Players Association, according to ESPN.
Paul, James, and Jefferson currently hold executive positions as president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer of the union respectively.
According to ESPN, Hunter is suing the NBPA for $10.5 million in addition to attorney's fees, for compensation he did not receive after he was removed in February 2013.
