Cavaliers super fan Paola Bess went into labor during the NBA championship game Sunday but kept watching the game throughout her delivery of triplets.

It is a story that proves the loyalty and determination of Cleveland sports fans, even in the most inconvenient of times.

"I was watching still the Cavs. And they were tied and I was like, 'Oh gosh,'" said Bess.

When she went into labor, Bess said, "Oh they're winning; oh they're tied!'"

She kept watching the game on her phone as she and her husband, Eric, headed to the hospital.

When they arrived at the hospital, a TV caught her eye.

With 27 seconds left to go in the game, Bess said, "I want to watch in the 27 seconds can we wait." But her husband, who was pushing the wheelchair, told her they had to go.

"But I just want to watch," Bess declared.

Into the room, with the TV on, the Cavs were declared champions.

In the mist of contractions, Bess was celebrating the victory.

"I was like yes; and then the babies they were moving."

Not one, not two, but three babies were born soon after the Cavs won the victory.

I felt so bad for the nurses cause they were watching; and then we come in," Bess said.

Meet Sarah, Noah and Alexander, the Cavs newest fans.

The newborn nursery is filled with all kinds of stories. There was even a baby named James after Lebron James.
