From our partners at the Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com, comes an article that men everywhere will appreciate: It's okay to cry.

Craig Webb, Beacon Journal staff writer, listened closely to the latest episode of the podcast "Road Trippin’ with RJ & Channing," featuring a very candid LeBron James.

In "The Lion King," when Scar kills Mufasa leaving poor Simba alone, James said, he is always left teary eyed.

Webb writes that another tearjerker for the Cavs star is the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" episode in which a young Will Smith is abandoned a second time by his biological father.

“Every single time I shed a tear,” James said of the episode. “It could come from me just, like, being part of a single-family household and never seeing my father and things growing up when I was a kid.”
