CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns made several roster moves Saturday, activating players from the Active/PUP list and claiming a player off waivers.
Wide receiver Jarvis Landry was activated from the PUP list Saturday after working his way back from a hip surgery he had performed in February.
Also activated from the PUP list Saturday was safety Karl Joseph and tight end Pharaoh Brown. Joseph was placed on the list on Aug. 3 as he worked his way back from the foot injury that placed him on the injured reserve list last season. Brown was placed on the list on July 29.
Wide receiver J’Mon Moore was activated from the Active/NFI list Saturday.
The Browns claimed cornerback M.J. Stewart off waivers Saturday.
Stewart was a second round pick by Tampa Bay in 2018 and has appeared in 21 games with six starts. He totaled 64 career tackles and five passes defended and appeared in 10 games with one start with the Buccaneers last season.
Landry, Joseph, Brown, and Moore may now participate in all team activities.
