CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns had an impressive first half in their game against the Steelers with the defense shining brightly under the prime time lights.
In the first half, Cleveland recorded two sacks—one by safety Juston Burris and the second coming from defensive end Chad Thomas.
Burris recorded his first sack of the season, also forcing his first fumble of the season.
Thursday was the second consecutive game that Thomas recorded a sack, bringing his count to three for the season.
Thomas is filling in nicely for Olivier Vernon, who has been out two games with a knee injury.
The Browns had the lead at the half, 14-0.
