CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns announced their inactives ahead of their matchup against the Baltimore Ravens Monday night and will have a rookie filling in at tight end, among other lineup changes.

The Browns ruled out the following players for the Monday Night Football game:

  • WR KhaDarel Hodge
  • WR Marvin Hall
  • CB Denzel Ward
  • S Tedric Thompson
  • TE Austin Hooper
  • DE Joe Jackson

Hooper was listed as questionable with a neck injury leading up to the game, but was ruled out before kickoff.

With Hooper out, the Browns are expected to start rookie tight end Harrison Bryant.

To replace Ward, who has been sidelined with a calf injury, Kevin Johnson will start at cornerback, according to the team.

The Ravens also announced their inactives for Monday night's game.

It was uncertain if Ravens defensive end Calais Campbell would play Monday night but he was listed as active.

The Browns kick things off at FirstEnergy Stadium at 8:15 p.m.
