BEREA, Ohio — Jimmy Haslam, the co-owner of the Cleveland Browns with his wife Dee Haslam, spoke to the media Thursday amid the team's search for a new head coach, and the recent exit of General Manager John Dorsey.

The team began interviews for the head coach position left open by the firing of Freddie Kitchens on Sunday after a loss to Bengals in the last game of the season. First to interview Thursday was former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy.
On Tuesday, the Browns and Dorsey announced a "mutual parting of ways," a move which many on social media criticized. Dorsey is the fifth general manager under the Haslams' ownership of the Browns, which began in 2012.
