CLEVELAND — Cleveland Browns have resigned linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong.
Armstrong joined the Browns before Week 8 last season and played in nine games.
He appeared in six games with Giants in 2018 before signing with the Browns.
Armstrong has played in 78 games and has recorded 124 tackles, three interceptions and three forced fumbles.
