CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns have signed a new defensive end.
George Obinna is a rookie out of Sacramento State.
Obinna signed with the team as an undrafted rookie on May 5 and was waived from the team on July 31.
He played in 46 collegiate games and recorded 136 tackles.
The Browns waived defensive tackle Jeff Whatley.
