WESTLAKE, Ohio — Cleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins and offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. were cited for drag racing by Westlake police on Tuesday morning.

The incident happened around 9:30 a.m. at Crocker Road and Coventry Drive.
Authorities did not say how fast they were going.
The Browns released the following statement:
"We are aware of the incident, will gather more information and handle this matter appropriately."
