CLEVELAND — Former Browns Andrew Hawkins and Joe Thomas teamed up to donate money to the Ohio-based nonprofit, Children’s Hunger Alliance (CHA) to help feed children in Ohio communities impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

For every dollar donated, Hawkins and Thomas will personally match the donation up to $50,000 with a total goal of $100,000.

CHA dedicates its resources to ensure food-insecure children throughout Ohio have adequate access to food to grow and learn.

The pair played together on the Cleveland Browns for three years. After football, Hawkins created the ThomaHawk Show, a sports podcast, and Thomas now works with The ThomaHawk Show.

A ten-time Pro Bowl selection with the Browns, Thomas is an all-time Browns great and is the only lineman in the NFL history to be selected to the Pro Bowl in each of his first 10 seasons.
