KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Cleveland Browns left tackle Jedrick Wills left Sunday’s divisional playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs with an ankle injury and will not return, the team announced.

Wills limped off the field on the Browns’ opening offensive drive. Kendall Lamm took the field in his place, but was also deemed questionable to return with injury.

Blake Hance, who made his NFL debut last week, is filling in for Lamm.

The Browns entered Sunday’s game the healthiest they had been in some time with all players cleared from the reserve/COVID-19 list and all players who were listed as questionable heading into the game deemed active before kickoff.

Meanwhile, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes left the game to be evaluated for a concussion.

He was later ruled out for the remainder of the game and replaced by Chad Henne.
