Janessa was hanging out with the Dawg Pound giving a live look to NewsChannel 5 viewers before Sunday's game.
While interviewing a fan, Janessa went out for a pass, making a one-handed catch look easy.
As she made the catch, someone (who looks very much like "Eric the Referee" from Dawgs On The Run) attempted to make a tackle and Janessa used a "Power of 5 stiff arm" to evade it.
