Are you one of the Cleveland Browns fanatics who fire up the grill and tailgate before home games? If so, you need to know these rules for the 2016-2017 season released by the City of Cleveland.
Both lots will allow large vehicles like motorhomes, RVs and buses, but not before the respective opening times. The city says there will be security officers there to enforce the times.

The city says it's taking these rules seriously. Any violation of the rules could result in fines and ejection from the premises.
For the regular season and weekend preseason games, the municipal lot opens at 7 a.m. and the fee to park is $25.
City officials are prohibiting any open containers, consumption of alcohol or public intoxication inside the municipal lot. They're urging people who decide to drink alcohol to have a designated driver lined up.
According to the press release, the city is providing 50 portable restrooms, 75 trash cans and three dumpsters during all regular season games. The city is emphatic on the prohibition of private latrines.
Parking restrictions are in place in downtown Cleveland for all Browns home games, typically for three hours before and two hours after each game. City officials say that violators will be ticketed and towed if parked in violation of the restrictions. Vehicles that are towed will be impounded at One Stop Vehicle Impound Center at 3040 Quigley Road.
For Thursday's preseason game, according to the mayor's office, the eastern side of the parking lot will open at 10 a.m. for game-day vehicles, and the western side opens at 5 p.m.
