Baylor has seen a major turn around with Rhule in control. The program that went 1-11 in 2017 went 11-2 in just two seasons under his leadership.
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reports that the Panthers are working out a deal.
The #Panthers are hiring #Baylor coach Matt Rhule, source says (as @PeteThamel reported). They are working out the deal as we speak. They did not want him to get on the plane to the #Giants.

The Browns were courting Rhule for the head coach position, but he declined to interview with the team, according to ESPN and multiple other reports.
This means the Browns and the Giants will be competing for Josh McDaniels.
