Three unnamed Cleveland Browns players want Johnny Manziel to start as quarterback, TMZ Sports reports.
According to the report by the celebrity news site, three players said they want Manziel off the bench Sunday.
TMZ reports that one player said it is "f**cked up" that Josh is still starting even though Manziel has proven that he is the "right person for the job."
TMZ didn't use any of the players' names in the story, citing a promise of anonymity.
But Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins took to Twitter Tuesday, saying the story is false.
"This is %1000 made up," Hawkins tweeted, quoting a tweet from TMZ.

McCown passed for 341 yards and was sacked five times in Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.
Head coach Mike Pettine said before the game that he would start the quarterback who gave him the best chance to win.
