The Browns made their way into the red zone with a pair of runs from Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.
Baker Mayfield threw the 1-yard pass to Njoku, who was wide open in the end zone for six, but kicker Austin Seibert missed the extra point.
The Browns currently trail the Ravens 24-6.
