Nordonia's Carmen Licht received the McDonald's Student Athlete of the Week honors. She is a four-time All-Ohio recepient in track and field. She also plays soccer and swims for Nordonia.
"Once you find that fire that motivates you that's what will push you through what you want to do," she said. "Don't just practice, go off, actually work hard at what you want to do. Always going the extra mile."
