CLEVELAND — Update: The highway is reopen.
All lanes on I-77 are closed due to downed power lines.
Police said two cars were involved in a car accident, and one of the vehicles hit a pole down that had wires.
The lane closures start around Pershing and Harvard avenues.
It is unknown how long the highway will be shut down.
