Traffic is brutal on every highway right now

On many of the major highways around Cleveland, traffic is brutal Wednesday morning.

Traffic is backed up on I-90, I-71 and the Jennings Freeway.

Traffic was backed up on I-90 eastbound because of a crash in the left lane under the Carnegie Avenue bridge.
