If you plan to get around downtown by rail this morning: Rapid riders are being shuttled downtown by bus between East 55th and Tower City because of a tree on the tracks.
Crews are working to remove the fallen tree from Eagle Ave. Buses continue to replace all trains between Tower City and E. 55. pic.twitter.com/gdZrdSnA5t
