Cleveland fire reported a vehicle was over a guardrail by the back wheels on Interstate 480 westbound somewhere between Tiedeman Road and West 130th Street.
According to Sigalert.com, there is a ladder in the roadway near the accident.
Ohio State Highway Patrol were at the scene and said two lanes were blocked.
Reporter Kristin Volk also found an ODOT truck flipped over on I-480.
ODOT did not give details about this crash, but did report that the driver was fine.
