CLEVELAND — Expect a soaked morning commute as you head outside Tuesday morning. Drivers should allow extra time to get from point A to B. Then get ready for wind. We're drying out late morning thanks to gusts over 30 mph.

The rain will hit the hardest during the commute between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., before clearing out by lunch.

Things to keep in mind for the morning commute:

  • Rain spreading north after 6 a.m.
  • Rain tapering from west to east after 9 a.m.
  • Winds picking up through midday (gusts +30mph)
  • Temps staying mild until sunset
