Are you the administrator of a school or organization? Are you trying to register a new school or organization in News 5's school closing system so that you can be included in the list of closed schools and organizations? If you answered yes to both those questions, fill out the form below.

School Closing Organization Registration Form
This form is for school and organization staff members ONLY to create an account to input closing and delay information in our system. An email will be sent back when the account is created. This can take up to 72 hours. Please note that only school closings will be displayed on air, while school, church and other organization closings will be displayed online. NOTE: This form is NOT for individuals to sign up to receive email or mobile alerts when schools close. If you want to receive an email or mobile alert when a school closes, click the link above.
