RICHLAND COUNTY, Ohio — Two Northeast Ohio counties will be under a Frost Advisory early Friday morning.
The Frost Advisory will be in place for Richland and Ashland counties from 2 a.m. until 9 a.m.
Temperatures could get as low as 35 degrees and frost could form.
The frost could kill outdoor plants that aren't protected from the cold.
