Water main breaks across Northeast Ohio are turning roads and cars into sheets of ice as temperatures drop to the single digits.
On Brecksville Road, a water main break closes the entire road south of Rockside Road as sheets of ice form on the road.

In Akron, a water main break turned a hill into an icy mess— conditions better equipped for a sled or toboggan than a car.
