Steve Stephens went on a rant on Facebook Sunday before shooting and killing an innocent man and posting the video to Facebook.

In the video, he says he "snapped." He blames a woman named Joy Lane for causing him to shoot 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr.

Joy Lane issued a statement about the shooting via ABC News:

“My heart and prayers goes out to the family members of the victim(s). Steve really is a nice guy… he is generous with everyone he knows. He was kind and loving to me and my children. This is a very difficult time for me and my family.”

Talking to someone on the phone while broadcasting himself live, he accused people of blowing him off.

He said he was tired of being the butt of people's jokes.

He also claimed that he killed a total of 13 people.

"I'm about to keep killing until they catch me," he said.

Cleveland police said in a news conference Sunday that they found no evidence that there were other victims.

Shortly after posting that video, Stephens posted another one showing the fatal shooting of 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr.

The video of the shooting was not broadcast live, as widely reported. It was recorded and then uploaded to Facebook by Stephens, according to a Facebook spokesperson. In a statement, the spokesperson said the shooting was a "horrific crime."
