It's the last weekend before Christmas so if you're busy doing some last minute shopping or want a break away from the hustle and bustle, there are events going on around Northeast Ohio to do just that. From going to a ramen noodle pop-up to escape the winter cold to "tailgating" before the Browns' away game inside a brewery, here are 15 things to check out this weekend.

Mason's Creamery Ramen pop-up

Who doesn't love ramen noodle pop-ups during the cold winter months? Ohio City's Mason's Creamery is hosting another ramen noodle pop-up. They will be serving the usual pork tonkotsu or mushroom veggie. Space and ramen supplies are limited so get there early.

When: Friday, December 22 at 5 p.m. and Saturday, December 23 at 2 p.m. until ramen is sold out.

Jingle Bell Rock Crawl

Crawl into the weekend with a festive, jingle bell crawl in Cleveland's Warehouse District. Tickets include a drinking mug, drink specials at every bar and a Santa Hat or Reindeer Ears so you can feel your most festive self! Velvet Dog, Tequila Ranch, Nauti Mermaid, Dive Bar and Johnny's Little Bar are some of the bars participating. There are only 300 spots available so get your tickets here.

Christmas Eve Brunch at Crop Bistro & Bar

Grab a group of friends and celebrate Christmas Eve early with a brunch at Ohio City's Crop Bistro and Bar.

Holiday Make & Take Craft Drop-Ins

Enjoy some family time with a day immersed at the Cleveland History Center. Dress up and build a town the family style Kidzibits hands-on gallery. The Cleveland Starts Here exhibit features an old carousel ride from the  Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel.

The Ex-Boyfriends for the Holidays

After all the holiday shopping, it's time to relax and throw back some cold brews at one of your favorite local breweries. Terrestrial brewery is hosting some 90s acoustic jams with some strong brews to ease you into the  Christmas weekend. Bring your best Christmas sweater and plate of cookies and get ready to dance the night away!

Wild Lights at the Akron Zoo

The Akron Zoo transforms over the holiday season with thousands of lights display across the premise. Nearly the entire zoo is decorated with displays and animals are out and about seeing visitors.

Sinatra Night with Michael Sonata

His voice is synonymous with Christmas music. Michael Sonata is one of Cleveland's favorite crooners, imitating the classic by the singer. Dinner reservations are required and tickets should be purchased in advance. Tickets are $10. Buy them here.

Sunday Indoor Tailgating at Noble Beast Brewing

It's a chance to be inside while tailgating before the Browns game. Noble Beast Brewing Company is hosting die-hard Browns fans while the team is away playing the Chicago Bears. Corn hole will be set up inside, $3 Wolf Boy Provisions hotdogs and the best part? All house beers go on happy hours prices for 5 minutes every time the Browns score a touchdown.

Nela Park's 2017 Holiday Lighting Showcase

If you want to see Christmas lights before the season is over, check out the 93rd annual holiday lighting display. Special musical-themed scenes along Noble Road make this a show you can't miss.

Whiskey + Art

This is the first series of events at The Whiskey Bar that focuses on paintings by local artists that are sold at 50 percent off at auction. If you need any last minute gifts, this is the place to get some local art!

Gordon Square Art Space Pop-Up Shop

Deck the Halls at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens

Step inside the Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens for a holiday transformation. Floral designers decorated the manor house interiors and outside, Santa lights the Christmas trees and courtyard. Enjoy cocoa, hot Bavarian pretzels, wine and beer and gingerbread cookies while you walk around the property, which is great for family photos.
