The holidays are around the corner and Cleveland is mirroring the cheer and bustle through indoor holiday markets, yoga, weekend brunch, Christmas film screenings and holiday lighting displays to escape the winter cold!

Holiday Market at the Screw Factory

Christmas is just weeks away which means buying gifts for that special someone. Screw Factory Artists Lofts is hosting their first annual indoor holiday market featuring local and visiting artists offering everything from handmade jewelry and pottery to paintings and clothing items. The event is free and the organizers are collecting non-perishable items for the Lakewood Community Center.

When:  Friday, December 15 from 6-10 p.m.; Saturday, December 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Holiday Cleveland Flea

Finish up your holiday shopping at the last Cleveland Flea for the season. Shop local brands and eat from food vendors dishing up some delicious treats.

Photos with Santa at the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter

Pets want to meet Santa, too! Bring your pet to the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter where there will be other dogs and holiday treats!

Artists on Art at MOCA

Every month, a local artist provides an in-gallery interpretation of a work at one of MOCA's exhibitions. On Saturday, Paul O'Keeffe, who creates abstract mixed media sculptures offers his perspective. Joining the discussion on Sunday is Jacob Koestler who is an artist and musician using photography and video to take a look at post-industrial Rust Belt cities in the Great Lakes Region.

Waiting for a Break Unveiling

Julia Christensen is unveiling a project where she tracked Lake Erie's winter ice as it forms in real time during the winter of 2017-2018. Cameras along Lake Erie placed along the coast provide a live broadcast feed to those watching the winter drama at Cleveland's Public Square. The kiosk will be live on Public Square until June 2018.

Coquette Patisserie's Holiday Afternoon Tea

Terrarium or Miniature Garden Workshop
