The Humane Society of Jackson County, located in southern Ohio, is offering a reward for any information that leads to an arrest after four puppies and a tame rabbit were found dumped in a trash bag Thursday.
In a Facebook post, the humane society said four dead puppies and a tame rabbit were found in a trash bag on McCoy Road, just off Four Mile Road in Jackson County.
According to the post, it appears there were no punctured wounds on the animals.
